Question
1. 人力资源典范企业的评选流程和标准是什么?
评选设立"年度100中国典范雇主"和  10  个单项奖。“年度100中国典范雇主”将会从单项奖名单中产生。经过数月的甄选和初步评估,本届评选提名209家雇主为候选企业,我们将发送参选邀请。 所有参选的企业都须填写包含 ① 企业人力资源综合情况表,同时选择一个单项,提供 ② 单项案例(PPT格式),在820日前发送至hrawards@51job.com。 每一个奖项都设有评选标准,结合企业的人力资源综合情况、评审机构的意见。
2. 一家企业可以报名参加多个单项吗?获奖数量是否有限制?
参选企业可以选择  10  个奖项中的一个奖项参加评比,企业也可以参加多个单项的评选和交流,但最终一家企业只能获选一个单项。
3. 谁可以看到企业的评选材料?
前程无忧承诺,对企业提交的材料予以严格保密,除了项目组成员和评审机构相关人员外,不向第三方透露。
4. 参加评选的企业必须具备什么资格?
成立五年以上,正式雇员不少于100人可报名参加。
