51JOB's “Employer Excellence of China” is a highly prestigious event focused on the evaluation of human resource management in China today. Companies were identified through an initial screening comprising hundreds of thousands of companies, and selected out 230 candidate companies this year which is followed by data collection and detailed analysis, combined with telephone and face-to-face interviews. We also compare and analyze the data from the candidates in the same industry.
